These are the healthy ways of maintaining your super hot body or gaining it. You can achieve this by choosing the appropriate diet and exercise.

Matters of food are always in our hearts. We love to eat food and expect to have a super hot body without diet and exercise. It’s a must we choose ways in which we can maintain the shape of our bodies. You have to remember that everything you eat is digested and assimilated into the body so that it can be absorbed to give you nutrients. I have never been a guy who always keeps a diet on control but on the side of exercise, you will never miss me there.


If you want to have a sexy body then you should take caution on the type of food you eat. Hell no! I know it’s so hard to control ourselves when it comes to matters of eating. We always prefer fast (junky) foods from the streets so that we can save our precious time. The only thing that we don’t realize is that these foods mess up our bodies.


I know you can relate to this. Why should we focus on our diet and exercise? The answer here is to help us or enable us to lose weight. We always see people with sexy bodies and wish to have them but we aren’t ready to work for it. Let me be clear here if you want to maintain or lose weight you should first check on your diet. You cannot eat anything you come across and expect your body to remain the way it is or decrease in any way.


The truth to be said is that we all care about how we look before people. The looks are always raised from what we eat. Before I go deep into the diet and then talk about the exercise plans that can help you maintain or lose weight. I would like to share with you…


What is the diet? 


Diet is a way in which you select a specific kind of food to eat and leave the rest that will not help you maintain your body or help you lose weight. This is a way to restrict yourself from taking some kinds of foods and stick to ones that are of most help to you. 


Here I’m not talking only about foods but also drinks. So, if you want to want to lose weight or maintain your body (the sexy and hot one) then get ready to be devoted to diet. Get your diet plan ready in which if you are more focused, it may help you lose weight in a month or maintain your superhot body.


 I remember back then I never used to understand this word completely. I would hear my friends saying that they are on a diet. I have heard so many of my female buddies saying that are on diet than men. In my observation ladies tend to care more about their bodies than men. Ladies want to look sexy, have a flat tummy, and also be able to pull up their jeans when they are trying to put them on. 


To be honest, I have never been on diet except in the month of Ramadhan (Islamic Holy Month where people are obligated to leave their food, drinks and other pleasures from dawn to the evening hours). I have never have been on it because naturally, I’m a slim boy. I’m thin and so proud of my body. The only thing I have been doing lately is exercising so that I can maintain the hot body I have. So, exercise is so awesome and it has so many benefits in our bodies than just aiding us to lose weight or maintain our bodies in a manner that pleases us whenever we are looking ourselves in the mirror.


We are still talking about diet here…

So let me just tell you which kinds of foods that will help you maintain your body, lose weight, or in another case for people who want to lose their fatty belly. Waa! I have never admired to have one. I cannot just eat and sit down waiting for the fats to accumulate in my body. In my case having a fatty belly would totally change me into someone, I have never been. My pals may not recognize me.


In this article, I will tell you the kind of foods that will help you to lose weight by burning your fats in the body, if fats are burnt then your body will be back in shape with the aid of some exercise too. Do you think you can change your body by just keeping yourself on diet without some little exercise? Hell no! Exercise is so vital in shaping your body.


These are the foods that will help you burn fats in your body;

1. Fatty Fish.


Fatty fish contain omega-3 fatty acids which have the ability to reduce inflammation and decrease heart disease; also these omega-3 fatty acids may help you to burn fats in your body.


2. Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCT) oil.


This oil is extracted from coconut or palm oil, which we have so plenty of in our coastal region. We can find them in our natural grocery stores. This oil due to its shorter length they can be absorbed in the body and go straight to the liver where it can be used immediately for energy or converted into ketones for use as an alternative fuel source.

In addition, MCTs reduce hunger and promote better retention of muscle mass during weight loss.

3. Coffee.


Coffee is a great source of caffeine that can stimulate your mood and improve your mental and physical performance.

I can say this is absolutely good for those who want to have a flat tummy. Give it a shot and after a few months with good exercise, you will find the results pleasing.


7. Whey Protein.

It promotes muscle growth when combined with exercise and also it may help you to preserve your muscles during weight loss. It also boosts fat burning and promotes weight loss in lean people and those who are overweight or obese.


8. Apple Cider Vinegar.

Vinegar contains acetic acid which increases fat burning in the body and reduces belly fat storage.


9. Chili peppers.

These are powerful antioxidants that reduce inflammation and help to protect your cells from damage.

It has also been said that chili peppers contain an antioxidant called capsaicin which helps you to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. It does this by promoting fullness preventing overeating.

I never knew this before, but I really like eating my meal with chili peppers. My sister (Mariam) is fond of eating chill peppers. I guess she has inherited that from my father. I always include chili peppers in my diet. Anyway don’t use it too much it may also affect you in some ways, you know these chili peppers are very hot and you won’t like the experience when you go to help yourself in the men’s or ladies' room.


10. Full-Fat Greek Yogurt.

This is an amazing source of protein, potassium, and calcium. High protein dairy products boost fat loss, protect muscles during weight loss, and help you feel fully satisfied.


It also contains probiotics which helps you to keep your gut healthy and reduces symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, such as constipation and bloating.


Never forget that it contains conjugated linoleic acid which seems to promote weight loss and fat burning in overweight and obese people.


Instead of drinking alcohol or soda, get yourself a cup of greek yogurt and enjoy the health benefits that come with it.


11. Olive Oil.

It lowers triglycerides, increases HDL cholesterol, and stimulates the release of GLP-1 which is a hormone that keeps you full.

Let me talk about exercise now. As we all know exercise is very important in aiding you to maintain your body or make it super hot. You should at least exercise thrice a week if it’s possible to increase the number of days in which you will be doing the exercise.


Exercise is the key to every shape of your body in any way you would like it to be. You have the ability to make it look super hot or lose fats.


Let me tell you some of the exercises that I do. If you will like my exercise plan to maintain your body, then go on with it. Wake up early in the morning and run. 

Take your time to do some stretching after you have finished running.


Do some sits up until you feel you can no longer feel your stomach. Don’t rest after that because resting will only make you inactive gain and getting the vibe of exercise back will be a hell of a job.


Do push-ups/press up. Go wide, diamond press up, normal push-ups. Push-ups help you to build up your arms (this will increase your biceps and triceps). Push-ups also widen up and broaden your chest. You can do some squats so that you get to increase the power and strength of your thighs.


 In most cases, men do this kind of exercise. You don’t have to go to a gym if you can’t afford it. This is a home workout schedule.


To conclude, It is very important to know that diet and exercise are the right way to help you lose weight, maintain your body, and build a super hot body (sexy). Don’t go for shortcuts. Some people may lose their patience and go directly to steroids that they ingest while others inject themselves. Doing so will help you get what you want in a quicker way but you have to know that there will always be side effects. You better take time and acquire the best and permanent results than doing it in an easy way.


I want you to know that this won’t be as easy as you think. You may get frustrations along the way. People may discourage you and make you feel as if you are doing nothing at all. If you really know what you want in your life then you will never get discouraged by folks. There is a simple rule if you want to maintain your body or make it even better. Eat healthy and train dirty. 


You may not have time to go to the gym, but those fortunate ones who have gyms in their houses can do it.
